* Provides personalized host services to coded players to include hotel reservations, dining arrangements, VIP event invitations and reservations. This includes continuous personal interaction, telephone contact, email contact and regular mail contact

Summary of Functions
The Senior Painter is an expert in all areas related to interior and exterior painting. The Senior Painter has a comprehensive understanding and expert knowledge of commonly used concepts and best practices under minimum or no supervision to perform their job duties for small and large projects as it relates to new construction, renovations, repair and preventive maintenance to all Kalispel Tribe properties. In addition, a Senior Painter may mentor other less experienced Painters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Insure quality meets all KDEV standards.
* Extensive knowledge on preparation techniques, adhesive and application techniques that are most appropriate for a given material and work surface.
* Protects surfaces, trimmings, fixtures, windows, etc. through the completion of the painting project.
* Prepares, primes, sands, seals, patches and paints interior or exterior surface utilizing all types of painting materials such as latex, lacquer, varnish, enamel, epoxy, water-proofing and heat resistant finishes.
* Preparing painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint.
* Mixing, matching, and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces.
* Providing decorative and faux finishes per the contract documents.

PURPOSE
Responsible for providing and producing the highest quality preparation of all Falls Buffet menu items in a timely, efficient, and a very consistent manner. Practice proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with Casino & Hotel, Native American Sanitation and Health Regulations. Maintain a favorable working relationship with fellow Team Members and fosters and promotes a cooperative and harmonious work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for quality, quantity and timeliness of food preparation; Communicate with Lead Baker and Pastry Chef regarding issues as they arise.
Ensure a quality-plated food presentation, portioning according to recipe standards, proper garnishes and substitution procedures are followed consistently.
Implement all F&B procedures for food storage, rotation, spoilage, sanitation and prevention of cross-contamination.
Responsible for following recipes, times and temperatures in order to produce high quality and consistent products.
Responsible for conforming to all Indian Health Services standards.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
Two (2) years in a professional kitchen.
Skills and Abilities:
Good communication and culinary skills.
Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.
Thorough knowledge of all Food Handling Procedures.
PREFERRED
Education and Experience:
Two (2) years as a Professional Baker.
