Partner with the GSM to oversee branch operations, training programs, and profitability goals
Manage, coach, and develop operations staff to achieve performance targets
Lead team and contractor training sessions covering safety, installation quality, and customer service best practices
Oversee onboarding and performance management of contractors and subcontractors
Conduct on-site visits to resolve service issues, verify installation quality, and ensure compliance with standards

3+ years of experience in operations management, construction, home renovation, or related field
Proven track record of leading teams and driving performance in a service or project-based business

Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or equivalent experience (preferred)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Availability Monday-Friday (starting at 7 AM or earlier), with alternating Saturdays and after-hours call flexibility

Our West Jefferson, OH distribution center is looking for Warehouse Specialists to add to our team as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing product fulfillment services to our Ace Retailers and their communities. Summary: This is a working lead position and entails supervision and coordination of activities engaged in by employees in the warehouse. Individuals will be required to fulfill the following duties and requirements, alongside employees while fostering a positive work environment.
Safety Compliance: Model safety behaviors and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and standards. Identify safety risks and mitigate.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of shipping personnel to achieve daily goals and normal assignments. Monitor performance to ensure that it meets company standards and expectations.
Shipping/Receiving: Lead and perform all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Analyze traffic schedules to estimate worker hours and create schedules as needed. Provide an excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Inventory control and accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock levels. Ability to request items for transfer and handle outbound transfers as well.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and lower cost.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, other departments, and external partners via email, written, and verbal communications.

Order Accuracy Rate/On-Time Shipping Rate: Helping the workers and company by diligently making sure items are shipped correctly and without errors. As well as Percentage of orders shipped on or before the scheduled ship date.
Processing Time and Shipping Cost per Order: Helping to keep an efficient shift through key indicators such as, improving on average pick ship times and what the average cost per shipment is, and how it affects overall warehouse day-to-day operations
Inventory Accuracy/Shrinkage Rate: Assisting in reducing inaccuracy within the warehouse and improving upon inventory accuracy. As well as improving on reduction of shrink caused by damage and other things that can be improved upon within the operations side.
Training Completion Rate/Team Productivity: Keeping employees updated on all training. Work to improve productivity through different measures and ideas.
Customer Satisfaction: Help Reduce/eliminate complaints related to shipping. Making sure only perfect product is leaving the facility.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise 5-15 employees in the shipping and receiving department. Carriers out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations' policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
Education and/or experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a shipping/receiving or logistics role, with supervisory experience preferred. High School diploma or general education degree (GED); additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
