About the Role As a Lead Agent PM at Fieldguide, you will play a central role in building the next generation of enterprise‑grade AI agents that power multi‑million‑dollar audit and assurance engagements for the Fortune 500. You'll work hand‑in‑hand with our engineers and our most strategic customers to design, ship, and continuously improve intelligent agents that transform how top audit firms operate. What You'll Do Build enterprise‑grade AI agents: As an Agent PM at Fieldguide, you will be responsible for partnering directly with our engineers and most strategic customers to build and ship AI agents that power multi‑million‑dollar audit and assurance engagements for the Fortune 500. Engage with top audit firms in the world: In the role, you will engage with all levels of our most strategic customers: Discover and assess their requirements. Prepare and present demonstrations of Fieldguide's agents. Address and overcome technical challenges in the business process by working with technical counterparts. Develop and improve agents to fit and anticipate our customers' needs and business processes. Become trusted advisors and drive strategic technical strategies for our customers. Shape the product roadmap: Work with engineering and product development teams to scope and implement new features essential to the success of your customers. This is primarily an in‑person role with at least 3 days a week in our San Francisco office. It'll require occasional travel (once a month) to be onsite with our clients. Who You Are 6-8+ years experience in product development/management. Experience crafting and tailoring a message for potential customers, including senior executives at Fortune 500. Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non‑technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent AI developments. Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Bonus Points Domain expertise in Audit, Assurance or Accounting. AI‑related experience (experience developing AI agents a plus). Some coding experience with React, Typescript, and Go.     Job Description The Insurance Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process. This role involves assisting with lead generation, tracking sales metrics, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. The Insurance Sales Coordinator plays a key role in helping the sales team achieve their targets and improve overall efficiency. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team with prospective clients. Prepare and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals. Track and monitor sales metrics, including leads, conversion rates, and sales performance. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Follow up with clients post-meeting to gather feedback and address any additional needs. Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing. Administrative Duties: Prepare and submit insurance applications and policy renewals. Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner. Manage the sales calendar, coordinating team schedules and client appointments. Generate and distribute sales reports and performance metrics to the sales team and management. Marketing and Outreach: Support marketing initiatives to generate new leads and promote the companys insurance products. Assist with organizing and coordinating sales events, webinars, and community outreach activities. Utilize digital marketing tools and social media to enhance the agencys visibility and engagement. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations and company policies. Maintain the highest level of ethical standards and integrity in all business dealings. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure seamless client service. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team as needed. Requirements Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or the insurance industry is advantageous. Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain relevant state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health). Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools. Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members. High level of integrity and professionalism.
