Developing subject matterexpertisethat can be used to providefactual informationand analysis to a variety ofstakeholders, including legislators and funders. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Key qualifications You haveat least3 + yearsofrelevantexperience in advocacy, community organizing, or program management. You have working knowledgeof drinking water issues,solutions,policies,and regulations. You have effective communicationandinterpersonal skillsthat can beleveragedtorepresentthe OEC in a variety of settings. You have effective time management skills, including prioritizing and managing multiple projects independently. You are comfortable with facilitating meetings and problem solving with a variety of stakeholders. Youhave the ability toworkcollaborativelyorindependentlyandfill in the blanks when needed. You approach your work witha flexible,positive attitude, andthe spiritof yes. You have the ability toadapt quickly to change. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (required) 7+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater process, treatment, and distribution projects 2+ years of project management experience preferred Ohio Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D desired MS Office and MS Project experience required Strong communication skills with proven ability to work with clients and cross-discipline teams Key Responsibilities Lead planning and design for municipal and industrial water/wastewater infrastructure projects Manage budgets, schedules, deliverables, and technical documentation from design through construction Oversee complex projects, including Design Reports, bidding, and construction phases Develop proposals, budgets, and technical strategies for new opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships through active engagement Assemble and mentor multi-discipline teams, providing guidance to junior staff T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $104,500 - $135,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
