Pros of working at SCA Health

They recognize potential. The team building, happy hours on Fridays, decorating for holidays, and spirit week were always fun.

Cons of working at SCA Health

Unrealistic and ever changing KPI's, very strict attendance policy. They were on a point system and clocking in even 1 minute late meant you had a point against you, at 6 points you could be terminated. In addition, their cell phone and "bathroom break" policies made me feel like I was in middle school. The pay is less than ideal.

SCA Health benefits

Happy hour and the annual team recognition events. During these events the top management of the RBO would recognize and reward you for your work in front of all of your peers.
