About the Role

YOU'LL BRING:

What You'll Be Doing:
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries like a pro-with positivity and speed • Scheduling sales appointments and making sure every detail is locked in and ready to roll • Following up with customers to make sure they're feeling the love (and coming back for more) • Keeping our customer database fresh, clean, and organized • Working closely with sales and service to create a seamless, five-star experience
Requirements:
What You Bring to the Table:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills-you're a natural connector
•Ability to multitask like a champ in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with tech: Microsoft Office + CRM software skills = big plus
•Super detail-oriented and precise with documentation
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center setting preferred
• Bonus points for automotive industry knowledge!
