Universal precautions are observed and appropriate PPE utilized. Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent required. BLS Required (American Heart Association) 1-3 years of operating room experience preferred. Must be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program through NBSTSA. Certification exam must be taken and passed within 12 months of completion of surgical technologist program..
