Courses are offered during the day on campus and at affiliated clinical sites in the Nashville area.
Responsibilities
Provide didactic, clinical, and laboratory instruction in Surgical Technology.
Deliver high-quality teaching that supports student learning and skill development.
Conduct courses on campus during the day and at designated clinical sites in the Nashville area.
Guide and mentor students in both academic and clinical settings to ensure program success.
Requirements:
Education
A minimum of an earned bachelor's degree.
Be a graduate of an education program in surgical technology accredited by a nationally recognized programmatic accreditation agency.
Possess a credential in the field of surgical technology through a national certification program that is accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
Experience
Have a minimum total of two years of experience, either in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both, within the past five years.
Strong communication and technology skills.
Prior teaching experience preferred.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
