Job Description IVI RMA North America has a need for a Part-Time Surgical Technician for our Marlton clinic. This is a part-time role working Monday-Thursday from 6am-12pm. Job Purpose: The Surgical Center Technician handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Under the general supervision of the Manager of Perioperative Services, and the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Surgical Technologist is responsible for filling the surgical scrub role on all types of minor and major surgical procedures dependent on individual competencies in each surgical specialty. Qualifications * High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience * Certification as required by state and/or center * Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred * Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient * Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation * Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed * Must excel in teamwork and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, engage with patients, and coordinate with physicians Pay Range: $33.18/hr - $38.76/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications and experience.)
