You'll Thrive in this Role if You Have: * Retail Experience: 5+ years of asset protection experience in a retail environment, and 2+ at a supervisory level. * Proven Leadership: 4-6 years of retail asset protection, security, or loss prevention experience, with at least 2+ years leading teams. * AP & Safety Expertise: Strong knowledge of brick and mortar asset protection strategies, investigations, and compliance best practices (retail environment preferred). * Problem-Solving Grit: Ability to balance short-term incident response with long-term prevention strategies in a fast-moving retail setting. * Analytical Mindset: Skilled in leveraging data and reporting systems to spot risks, measure performance, and recommend improvements. * Clear Communicator: Able to coach, train, and influence across all levels with professionalism and impact. * Collaborative Spirit: Energized by working cross-functionally and synthesizing diverse perspectives into cohesive safety solutions. * High Integrity: Trusted reputation for confidentiality, sound judgment, and professionalism. * Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods. * Degree & Certifications: Wicklander-Zulawski certification is required within 90 days of hire.
