Essential job duties include:

+ Project management

+ Leading the survey team and scheduling survey crews

+ Preparation of survey documents and interfacing with design staff

+ Manage survey projects (budgets, staffing, invoicing, contracts, etc.)

+ Developing and maintaining client contacts

+ QA/QC of survey work

We are considering candidates to join our team who possess the following basic qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree preferred

+ A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar capacity, designing and managing projects with IDOT, City of Chicago and municipalities

+ IL PLS registration

+ MicroStation and/or Civil3D experience preferred

+ Experience with Trimble survey equipment/software a plus

+ Proven track record in business development

+ Prior management experience is preferred
