Qualifications
Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in operating builder's levels, total stations, 3D scanners, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Point Layout software.
Familiarity with Topcon Positioning Systems and Robotic Total Stations (RTS); must have working knowledge of and experience with Trimble or equivalent systems.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, and stay current with drawing revisions, bulletins, and RFIs.
Strong understanding of company operations, industry practices, construction standards, and their direct impact on project success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
