Ministry Program The Physical Therapy Assistant Provides clinical physical therapy treatments for program participants on acute, restorative and maintenance levels as needed. Respond to psych-social support needs of the participant and/or the participant's family. Communicate appropriately and effectively with all personnel and to document according to professional standards. Keep timely records, meet regularly with the Registered Physical Therapist and attend care conferences as requested. Participate in patient care conferences and other rehabilitation related meetings as appropriate. Communicate with Registered Physical Therapist and IDT members regarding patient progress, problems and plans. Participate in in-service training programs for all staff in the facility. The Survey Crew Chief directs and participates in the work activities of personnel performing equipment operations, technical skills, and manual labor while controlling those tasks. Responsible for leading field surveying activities, including maintenance of survey equipment. Keeps abreast of the latest surveying methods and recommends revisions to the surveying procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Responsible for daily and weekly updates on all projects assigned. • Ability to manage 2, 3, and 4 man field teams for maximum production. • Complete surveys in multiple phases of field surveying (FDOT, Mortgage Survey, Construction Layout, etc.) • Research and obtain maps, deeds, CCRs, project control, and any other documentation to increase accuracy and performance on a project without assistance. • Sets up, adjusts, and operates surveying equipment, including electronic total station, data collector, and GPS equipment, to measure distances, elevations, and angles. • Prepares field notes and drawings; and performs field surveying for roadway, bridges, and flood control projects, including installing surveying construction stakes, tying out existing intersection ties, and locating or establishing vertical and horizontal control, right of way, monuments, corners, boundaries, and property lines following SSMC or SSMC Clients' requirements. • Ensure that the truck has the necessary materials for each day's week's work tasks. • Load and unload survey equipment to and from work vehicle. • Set up backsights and foresights. • Efficiently demonstrate set up, level, and operation of instruments. • Correctly make measurements of instrument heights. Perform Axis tests. • Anticipate where shots need to be taken without being told, and run topo and level rod efficiently. • Reporting daily progress to the Project Manager. • Take ownership of a project and instruct the crew on accurate and efficient methods. • Perform calculations in the field for search points and set permanent markers. • Responsible for all equipment and promptly reporting any accidents. • Ability to recognize, correct, and avoid errors in the field that would require return trips. • Ability to train in multiple facets of surveying techniques and methodology. • Enter crew time daily. • Drive rebar, stakes, and hubs into the ground using a hammer. • Maintain and operate survey-grade instruments. • Set up safety equipment and flag traffic when necessary. • Obtain an advanced level of knowledge of safety procedures. • Guide the Rodman and Instrument Person. • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment Required: (i.e., Safety Boots). • May carry out other duties as assigned by management. As a Utility Field Technician, you will be responsible for identifying utility pathways, cables, pipes, and other conduits that carry utilities underground. The field tech's primary goal is to locate projected utilities using a variety of techniques, excavation, and physical digging in a variety of land conditions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Assists SUE Crew Chief in underground utility location performing designating and excavating tasks. • Load, unload and maintain SUE equipment daily. • Safely excavate to expose subsurface utilities using hand tools and vacuum excavation technologies. • Provide accurate measurements for utilities in project limits. • Read and interpret utility records, as built and survey drawings and highway design plans. • Organize field work, while accurately and efficiently collecting field data, locating features, and deliver data to the office, while maintaining accurate records of work and expenses. • Drives, operates, and helps maintain SSMC vehicles. • Assists in providing Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) setup, as well as all related safety and other field tasks. • Mark utilities with flags and/or paint and produce a sketch of results for future use by the client. • Record and document the underground utility field data in accordance with Drafting and CAD standard formats. • Read maps and blueprints to determine where utilities are located. • Responsible for care and maintenance of equipment. • Coordinate survey work in relation with SUE. • During periods when locate activity is slow, this individual will assist in mapping, record keeping and information gathering and research for SSMC. • May work on Survey projects as needed. • Attend and participate in scheduled meetings. • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment Required: (i.e., Safety Boots). • Requires a valid driver's license and must maintain eligibility to drive as per the Company Vehicle policy. • Continually strive to maintain technical knowledge of industry standards. • Carry out other duties as assigned by management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Responsible for accuracy, completeness and integrity of all field work data obtained for a particular project under his/her direction and as dictated by the scope of work and or verbal details discussed with managers. • Responsible for the correct, safe, and efficient locating of underground utilities, including fiber optic cable, telecommunications, electric power, gas, water, and sewer systems. • Inspects all work being performed by subordinates to ensure compliance with department standards and polices. • Designate underground utilities using ground-penetrating radar, Electronic and other locating devices. • Drives, operates, and helps maintain vacuum excavation vehicles to provide vertical location and disposition of underground utilities. • Maintain all equipment by performing minor repairs or notifying Field Manager of major repairs or replacements. • Assists in providing Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) setup, as well as all related safety and other field tasks. • Responsible for security, maintenance and availability of all field equipment/safety supplies assigned to the field team. • Notify appropriate manager of any unforeseen delays due to weather, travel time, equipment failure. • Mark said utilities with flags and/or paint and produce a sketch of results for future use by the client. • Record and document the underground utility field data in accordance with Drafting and CAD standard formats. • Dig potholes as directed by job plan including windows when crossing utilities. • Read maps and blueprints to determine where utilities are located. • May assist as Crew Chief on Survey projects as needed. • Responsible for care and maintenance of locate equipment. • Coordinate and perform limited survey work in relation with SUE. • During periods when locate activity is slow, this individual will assist in mapping, record keeping and information gathering and research for SSMC. • Reports any accidents be it personal, employee or equipment related to appropriate manager. If work related a notice of injury report must be completed. • Responsible for ensuring that all projects comply with company and industry standards. • Responsible for maintaining a safe work site environment for all utility crewmembers. • Strive to maintain the highest level of safety while in the field and encourage your team members to do the same. Survey Technician -Instrument Person Department: Survey Reports to: Survey Field Manager Responsible for assisting with field surveying activities, including maintenance of survey equipment. Required Qualifications: One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC) Preferred Qualifications: Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) Certification NIHSS Certification Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position Summary: A Stepdown Registered Nurse provides care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general inpatient units. These patients require frequent monitoring and specialized nursing interventions. They assess and manage complex patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care. Essential Work Functions: Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, with a focus on cardiac care Prepares equipment and aids physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's cardiac status and response to interventions Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols specific to cardiac emergencies Documents nursing history and physical assessment for assigned telemetry patients Initiates patient education plans according to individualized needs, focusing on cardiac health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for telemetry patients Maintains confidentiality of patients and client Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of practice Adheres to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards Required Essential Skills: Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel.
