Zander is CEO of SurveyMonkey and serves on its board of directors, which he has been a part of since 2009. Previously, Zander was Senior Vice President of Entertainment at GoPro; he has served on the company’s board of directors since 2016. Prior to GoPro, Zander was SVP of Strategic Development at CBS Corporation, via its acquisition of CNET Networks, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development. Zander began his career in the technology investment banking group at JPMorgan, leading equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions in the Internet sector. He holds a JD and an MBA from Emory University, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington. Zander co-founded the California-based nonprofit organization CoachArt, which serves chronically ill children and their siblings.

Eric Johnson is an EVP and CIO at SurveyMonkey and is based in San Francisco, California. He has worked as SVP and CIO at DocuSign Inc.

Debbie Clifford rejoined Autodesk in March of 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Clifford worked at the company in various financial leadership roles until June 2019, including as vice president for financial planning and analysis.

Jessica Jorgensen is a Sr Executive Assistant, Chief People Officer at SurveyMonkey and is based in San Mateo, California. She has worked as Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Communications at Cost Plus World Market and Executive Assistant to Levi’s® Brand President at LEVI STRAUSS & CO. Jessica studied at University of Arizona between 2002 and 2006.

Kenneth Ewell is a Chief Customer Officer at SurveyMonkey and is based in San Antonio, Texas. He has worked as Vice President at Mainspring, Independent Management Consultant at Insight109, and Sr. Manager at Gemini. Ken studied at KELLOGG SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT between 1993 and 1995 and Hampton University between 1983 and 1988.

Antoine joined SurveyMonkey in 2021 and leads the company’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and social impact initiatives. Prior to SurveyMonkey, he served as Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Year Up, a nonprofit working to close the Opportunity Divide by ensuring that young adults gain the skills, experiences, and support that will empower them to reach their potential. Antoine expanded Year Up’s DEI efforts to focus more on inclusion, anti-racism, and equity as strategic priorities by holding leaders accountable for progress individually and collectively. Prior to Year Up, he held significant DEI leadership roles at companies such as Gap Inc., Symantec, and Nike. In these roles, Antoine was responsible for setting a multi-year strategic roadmap, developing targeted action plans to bring the strategy to life, and ensuring sustained results over time. He has a wealth of experience leading talent development, executive coaching, cultural learning moments, and conversations centered around social impact and diversity. Antoine is a Newark, New Jersey native and a Rutgers-Newark graduate.
