Immediate Need for a Surveying Project Manager near Youngstown OH Direct Hire Pay from 130 to 150k Why Work for Our Client * Growing Company with Future Opportunity for Growth * Ability to work with modern state-of-the-art Technology * They are Committed to Safety and Excellence * Offering a Full range of Benefits, PTO, 401k and more Summary of What You Will be Doing * Developing and implementing quality control measures with regard to the accuracy and completeness of survey data. * Conducting topographic, property boundary, and as-built surveys. * Producing finished survey deliverables. * Coordinating and scheduling work with Project Managers and Engineers. * Ensuring that land surveys comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards. Required Qualifications: * BS/BA Degree in surveying, civil engineering, or a closely related field. * Ohio Professional Land Survey License. * Land surveying or construction surveying experience. * Experience with computer-aided design tools, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D software. * Experience with Trimble Business Center. * Valid Ohio driver's license. Helms & Sons is looking to hire an individual to assist in surveying applications from the office to the field. The position only requires entry-level experience, but a good skill set in math and an eagerness to learn GPS/surveying software are encouraged. This position will entail a lot of busy work in the field and office. The potential to grow and learn is abundant. This position will routinely perform labor in the field.
