Seth Gerson joined Survios in 2016 as Chief Business Officer and ascended to CEO in 2018. Gerson’s leadership has led Survios to become the fastest-growing and most successful Cross Play focused gaming studio in the industry. Under his leadership, the company has experienced explosive growth, expanded product lines and secured new partnerships with Fortune 500 leaders.

Gerson is driving the gaming industry with his strategy for growing VR beyond gaming consoles and expansion to cross-play content across all gaming platforms. Gerson’s ability to couple Survios’ technology and immersive gameplay with world-renowned franchises has helped blur the lines between Hollywood and gaming.

Gerson entered the world of VR in 1995 while studying at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Human Modeling and Simulation. He went on to join Activision and other well known studios before leading Survios.

Alex Silkin is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Survios, a virtual reality game developer dedicated to creating active, immersive experiences that push the limits of VR innovation. He oversees the design and implementation of the proprietary technology that powers Survios' VR gaming titles, including the critically-acclaimed action sci-fi VR game 'Raw Data' and upcoming adrenaline platformer 'Sprint Vector'. By trade, Silkin is a software engineer with an extensive background in consumer hardware, motion controls and software development and his resume includes stints at NASA, Microsoft, and the Information Sciences Institute at the University of Southern California (USC).
