Culturally minded finance executive with over 20 years experience in the health, wellness, education and consumer products & services industries most recently as Chief Financial and Strategy Officer of SusieCakes Holdings, Inc., a high-growth multi-unit scratch bakery concept in California and Texas. Currently also Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of School of Rock. Prior roles include President & CFO of CorePower Yoga, the nation's largest chain of yoga studios, 9 years of industry experience in the consumer products industry with Gaiam, Inc., a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: GAIA) specializing in products that promote healthy and sustainable lifestyles and 6 years with Ernst & Young specializing in healthcare and biotechnology.

Leadership experience covers a wide range including corporate finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, strategic financial planning and compliance. Transaction experience includes the successful recapitalization of CorePower Yoga in June 2013 with Catterton Partners, closure of numerous senior credit facilities while at CPY, execution of a $55 million IPO of Real Goods Solar in 2008 in addition to the acquisition and integration of several other privately held companies in the health and wellness space at Gaiam, Inc.

Chad spent the early years of his career in the assurance practice of Ernst & Young LLP where he specialized in the pre-IPO health care and biotechnology sectors.

Chad is an active member of the Colorado academic and business community serving in various mentor-ship capacities with the University Of Colorado Leeds School Of Business MBA program.
