    Susquehanna has a job opportunity available for a Fund Processing Specialist to join our Bala Cynwyd based treasury management team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Funds Processing / Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team at a dynamic, fast-paced trading firm. You will have the opportunity to partner with various personnel across the accounting, taxation, and operations departments, to facilitate monetary transfers and support overall banking needs in support of both business and personal matters for our executive management team. In this role, you will: Coordinate, prepare, approve, and process domestic and international wires for monetary transfers among affiliates as well as third parties, in accordance with internal control policies Fund bank accounts for general business needs as they arise Manage check books for multiple business entities within the firm, tracking checks outstanding; reconcile accounts to ensure proper notation of check activity throughout the month Monitor and reconcile bank activity against internal systems to identify and resolve discrepancies Partner with Wire Verification Team to ensure expeditious wire processing Validate GL codes for transactions and inter-company payments that occur within the business, obtaining necessary back-up information Partner with the Legal Team and Bank to ensure proper opening of new bank accounts Ensure adherence to internal treasury policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. Participate in audits, internal control reviews, and the implementation of system enhancements Contribute to treasury automation initiatives and process improvement projects Collaborate with technology teams to enhance funds transfer workflows, dashboards, and exception monitoring tools What we're looking for Ideally, 2+ years of relevant experience in treasury, operations, funds processing, or a similar financial services role Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment Strong organizational skills required Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solver mindset Ability to work in a highly confidential environment required Experience with MS Excel required (VBA is a plus) Relevant experience in treasury, operations, funds processing, or middle/back office at a bank, or financial institution Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future What's In It For You Our non-hierarchical culture allows employees of every level to thrive and make impact.
