Mr. James S. Lusk is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of ABM Industries, Inc. He is Chief Financial Officer of ABM since January 2008; Executive Vice President of ABM since March 2007; Vice President of Business Services of Avaya from January 2005 to January 2007; Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of BioScrip/MIM from 2002 to 2005; President of Lucent Technologies’ Business Services division and Corporate Controller from 1995 to 2002. Member of the Board of Directors of Glowpoint, Inc. since February 2007

Anju Talwar is a Chief Solutions Officer at Sutherland and is based in Delhi, India. She has worked as CEO at The Skills Academy, Head Of Operations at AMERICAN EXPRESS CO, and Sr. Vice President at Genpact. Anju studied at Delhi University.

John Abou brings more than 20 years of industry experience. Throughout his tenure he has held several key leadership roles driving business development and global operations. John has also led service delivery operations into several new markets throughout his tenure, including US, ME, LATAM, Africa, and APAC.

He has worked throughout every aspect of the process transformation life cycle, including the design, implementation and management of strategic partnerships for some of the most recognized brands and partners in the world. He brings tenured history in the business process transformation industry, and is passionate about creating valuable, efficient and differentiating services that improve the customer experience.

Matthew leads the global program for Sutherland Healthcare Solutions as CEO. Matthew oversees Sutherland’s corporate partnership and alliance strategy as Chief Alliance Officer. Matthew also holds three decades of global experience across the healthcare ecosystem including medical technology, payer/provider, pharmaceutical, and life sciences corporations.

Previously Matthew held senior leadership roles as CEO of three privately backed companies as well as at Accenture, Bain & Company, and McKinsey & Company.
