I love what I do. I am a credit specialist for the campaign I work under. I am considered back office. I review documents, calculate income, employment verification, request documentation from members that have applied for a loan, and ultimately approve/decline loans.
It's a call center. Every week there's a new rule or new metrics they for how you are rated. Even though I work for and am paid by Sutherland, the campaign I work under is unpredictable. I've been here a year.... but everyday, we wonder if it's going to be our last. No Stability. It's not a career.
I loved the Work Environment and appreciation and employee got for the work that they were putting in.
Time Management was one of the things that I dislikes as there wasn't any time tracker for tracking individual the most because of the lack of

Insufficient training but not the company’s fault, not too flexible with schedule, salary per hour is low

The culture is inclusive and fair. Management shows they care about the employees and do their best to reward excellence.
Personally need more pay, but they do what they can.

PTO is is given only after 90 days and you can use it right away
