Role Scope:
This is an opportunity for a mission critical leader. The Outreach & Enrollment Supervisor is responsible for closely developing and managing a team of Habitat Health Outreach Specialists, Enrollment Specialists, and Intake Coordinator, as well as key community partners. Develop both the long-term vision and strategy for the team while managing day-to-day Outreach & Enrollment team operations

Compensation:
We take into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary.
