Your Primary Responsibilities
Safely perform general labor tasks on concrete construction job sites, including using power tools and common hand tools.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including a hard hat, high-visibility apparel, and additional protection as required by the task.
Assist with moving materials by hand; placing concrete; installing reshore and maintaining clean, well-organized job sites.
Work in a variable environment, both indoors and outdoors. Work during inclement weather when required, including extreme heat/cold.
Communicate effectively with your crew lead, foreman, and superintendent on safety, task questions, and problem-solving.
Requirements
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Steel-toe work boots, measuring tape, hammer, and hammer loop/holster.
Personal gear and hand tools such as rubber boots, trowels, and utility knives.
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Preferred (Not Required)
6-12 months, or more, of construction experience.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30.

Responsibilities
Follows all DOT guidelines when operating full-size commercial van/Promaster, and safely transports staff, supplies, and equipment.
Travels to other local collection sites, as determined by business need.
Prepares collection site and performs set up, including technology systems (may include quality control).
Performs donor screening (collects donor histories), mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
Observes donors for reactions, provides reaction care and assists other staff in handling reactions if needed. May provide post-reaction care at mobile drives including assessing reactions for recovery, escorting donors, and serving as liaison to coordinate care with host organizations (e.g. high school nurse, drive coordinator).
Conducts automation (Alyx and/or Trima), including recognizing and responding to automation reactions. Recruits and converts donors for automation.
Rebooks donors for future donation appointments.
Understands and performs to all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
Recognizes when the customer is distressed and responds appropriately with tact. Creates a safe environment for donors and staff members.
Treats donors with customer service excellence, presenting a positive image. Responds to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with a timely and complete response and escalates to leader when appropriate.
May prepare and pack units for transport.
Maintains product integrity and ensures proper identification of all donors, performs routine maintenance on equipment, and completes department records as needed.
Requires evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification

The Lift Ticket Checker plays a critical role in creating a safe, positive, and fair skiing and riding experience for all guests. This position is responsible for verifying that every guest accessing the lifts has valid lift access, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall flow of lift operations. Ticket Checkers must demonstrate professionalism, consistency, and diplomacy while enforcing resort policies-protecting revenue by preventing unauthorized lift use and helping guests resolve access issues.
Key Responsibilities
Verify lift access for all guests by checking lift tickets, passes, and other credentials in a consistent and respectful manner.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, directing guests, and helping resolve ticket or pass issues with patience and professionalism.
Prevent revenue loss by identifying invalid, missing, or fraudulent passes and following established procedures for denial of lift access.
Maintain a calm and diplomatic approach when handling guests who are frustrated, confused, or attempting to bypass ticketing requirements.
Support Lift Operations by assisting with guest flow, maze setup, loading line control, and general lift area organization as directed.
Communicate effectively with the Lift Operations Supervisor, Ticketing, and Guest Services when addressing pass concerns or suspected misuse.
Observe and uphold all safety standards, ensuring the lift area remains safe, orderly, and free of hazards.
Provide accurate information about resort terrain, policies, trail conditions, and mountain operations to guests.
Maintain a visible, friendly presence at lift access points to promote both a welcoming environment and compliance with resort policies.
Report incidents or suspicious activity promptly and follow all documentation procedures as required.

General Summary:
As a member of the counseling department, the School Counselor follows the guidelines of the Michigan Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling Program. The School Guidance Counselor provides activities to meet the needs of his/her assigned caseload; the School Guidance Counselor consults with teachers, staff and parents/guardians to improve student achievement. The School Guidance Counselor provides support to other school educational programs. The School Guidance Counselor reports to the building principal.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Helps bring in appropriate referral services to assist students achieve their goal.
Monitors individual student progress of caseload including grades, attendance, discipline, etc.
Provides individual planning.
Implements guidance curriculum in cooperation with the entire school.
Helps students choose an appropriate career pathway and design an individual educational program.
Utilizes program parameters; career development and exploration; knowledge of self and others; and educational career technical development.
Counsels students with the development of educational and career plans.
Counsels students with social and emotional problems, referring severe problems to appropriate resources.

Interlochen Arts Academy seeks a full-time English as a Language Instructor who is also qualified to teach in an additional academic discipline to teach students in grades 9-12. The instructor will teach a full-time load - 5 sections of class or the equivalent, a mix of English Language classes and another academic discipline - and will be asked to serve as an advisor to a small group of students. Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Mandarin. As a faculty member at Interlochen, obligations reach beyond the classrooms and studios to assist with the growth of the institution and full operations that are part of boarding school life. While not directly involved in student supervision in the residence halls (dorms), each faculty and education staff member is expected to serve as an advisor to a small group of students and to contribute to the community through assistance with campus events, advisory groups, and other activities. This is a full-time, permanent teaching position starting in late August 2026.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Teach 5 sections of classes, a mix of English Language classes as well as classes in an additional academic discipline
Serve as advisor to a small group of students who meet weekly for 30 minutes
Hold daily office hours (which are built into the daily schedule)
Maintain a course page online through Canvas, take attendance daily in each class, keep electronic gradebook up to date, and prepare timely and thorough grade reports
Help evaluate the English language proficiency of incoming students and make recommendations for student placement in courses that are appropriate for them
