Jagath is a serial entrepreneur and investor experienced in leading innovative software companies through all stages of the startup life cycle, from founding through successful exit. He is currently the co-founder and chairman of Mixtagram, the co-founder, president, and CEO of Suvoda LLC, and managing partner of Serendip Ventures, where he is an active angel investor in technology startups and a mentor to fellow entrepreneurs. In just six years and with no outside funding beyond seed-stage angel investments, Jagath led a previous company, Clarix LLC, from a three-person startup to a multi-national company with over 100 employees in the US and Europe, serving 3 of the top 5 and 11 of the top 25 pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Under Jagath’s leadership as co-founder, chairman, and CEO, Clarix enjoyed triple-digit annual revenue growth while consistently maintaining over 95% client retention until it was acquired by Phase Forward in 2008. Clarix’s products continue to be used today at Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL), which acquired Phase Forward and the Clarix product suite in 2010. Jagath started his career in venture capital, where he focused on early- and growth-stage companies in enterprise software, e-commerce, and telecommunications. He holds a BA in economics with a concentration in public policy from Swarthmore College.

Robert Hummel is a Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer at Suvoda and is based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. He has worked as Director, Services at NextDocs; Service Delivery Manager at NextDocs; and Associate Project Manager at Clarix. Robert studied at Lafayette College.

Amity Cox is a founder and Chief Talent Officer at Suvoda and is based in United States.

With a career history focused on enabling innovation through principle-based compliance, Andrea has a track record of success in startup, turnaround, and growth environments. In her more than 20 years in pharmaceutical software quality assurance and regulatory compliance, Andrea has led quality and compliance departments at several clinical trial software companies and has developed many successful QA departments from the ground up, including at Galt Associates (now Cerner-Galt), Clarix LLC, and Suvoda LLC. Over the course of her career, Andrea has worked with all of the world’s top 20 pharmaceutical companies, and most of the top 10 biotech companies and CROs.

With over 25 years of financial experience in software technology, Dave has successfully lead finance teams in high growth entrepreneurial environments, capital raising, Mergers & Acquisitions, and scaling mid-market multinational businesses. Prior to Suvoda, Dave held CFO roles for two private equity backed technology companies both culminating with successful investor exits (LiquidHub Inc. and Longview Solutions Inc.). Dave also acted as CFO and International Controller for Shared Medical Systems based in Madrid, Spain. He started his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Finance from Drexel University. Dave has two daughters and lives in West Chester, PA where he is a Jeep enthusiast, fanatical about Philly professional sports teams, and an even bigger fan of his daughters’ various endeavors.

Stephanie Walters is a General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Suvoda and is based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. She has worked as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at UNILIFE CORP; Associate General Counsel at UNILIFE CORP; and Assistant General Counsel at IUP. Stephanie studied at WILLIAM PENN CHARTER SCHOOL, Temple University Beasley School of Law, and Harvard University.
