Svrc Industries CEO and leadership

Brian Taylor is the Chief Operating Officer for SVRC Industries, Inc. He is also the company’s Safety Chairperson. He has an undergraduate degree in Humanities from New England College and a Master’s degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University.

Brian is a Veteran of the United States Army as he was previously an Infantry Team Leader in the 25th Infantry Division. Brian is also involved in politics, currently serving Bangor Charter Township as a Trustee. Brian enjoys helping people achieve their goals and really believes in SVRC’s mission. Brian looks forward to the future of SVRC Industries and is fortunate to be part of it.

Donna joined the SVRC leadership team in July of 2019, with a previous background in healthcare accounting and operational analytics. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business communications, and her Master of Business Administration from Northwood University in 2012.

Donna provides oversight of financial activities, budgets, funding allocations, and is the lead for annual financial and fiduciary compliance audits. She is looking forward to helping SVRC grow both financially and through community inclusion.

Yolanda is the Chief Clinical Officer of SVRC & Westlund. She earned her Bachelors of Family Life Education from Spring Arbor University and her Master of Social Work Degree from Michigan State University.

Yolanda has experience in the treatment of numerous mental health diagnoses and treatment such as individual sex offender treatment, marriage counseling, individual therapy with children and adults with severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders.

Yolanda is state certified in Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
