Shift: 3rd Facility: Willoughby Hills At this level the associate is proficient in all aspects of the process. They are able to solve most non-routine process problems. The associate at this level has a greater awareness of the overall business and is able to recognize the need for and escalate process improvements to standard work that reduce cost and/or improve quality and delivery. They may interact with associates in other functional areas and can oversee and assist with department development.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Capable of completing set-up operation and troubleshooting of equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Perform start-stop procedures including, but not limited to: machine and conveyor start-up, loading of raw material, and machine shutdown.
+ Perform simple and advanced changes, adjustments, and set-up to tooling and fixtures.
+ Complete records and forms.
+ Check machined parts visually and dimensionally according to quality standards.
+ Clean chips from tooling and parts.
+ Recognize and escalate machine malfunctions and part discrepancies
+ Preset tooling as required.
+ Set-up parts, process and machine as required.
+ Perform preventative machine maintenance.
+ Generate and modify speeds and feeds as required.
+ Troubleshoot and correct problems for set-up, non-conformance, tooling and machining processes.
+ Diagnose and respond to program alarms and make adjustments as required.
+ Make suggestions for process changes that may improve machining operations.
+ Make suggestions for schedule optimization / attainment.
+ Able to train others to improve their skillset.
+ Generate and modify part programs as required.
+ Repair, replace and/or modify the equipment if required.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Required:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Advanced knowledge about the products, processes and equipment
+ Self-motivated and able to learn at a fast pace.
+ Demonstrates proficient machining, communication, and troubleshooting.
+ Operate Machining equipment that includes; loading and unloading parts, inspection gages, comparator, micrometers, calipers, 6" rule, dial indicator, ring gages, drill/reamer, Johnson gages and Datum gages, magnifier and lights, miscellaneous hand tools and chip strippers.
+ Identifies and corrects machining problems relative to tools and tool holders, collets and chucks.
+ Ability to identify and rectify minor mechanical equipment malfunctions.

Primary Responsibilities
Operations:
Operate heavy equipment (dozers, front end loaders, backhoes, excavators, grinders, compactors) efficiently and safely
Produce a consistent quality product with no customer complaints
Coordinate with R & M and transportation to insure necessary equipment, fuel, tools, and materials are available
Work directly with R & M to ensure all equipment is operating at a safe level
Perform manual labor when necessary
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary
Other duties may be assigned
Complete daily inspection of equipment at start and end of shift
Clean off machines inside and out daily (tracks, cab, lift arms, battery boxes, buckets)
Ensure equipment is fueled and serviced daily.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as required by R & M
Complete daily equipment inspection sheet
Complete daily labor/equipment log/form
Follow all safety guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements High school graduate or GED equivalent
Considerable knowledge of heavy equipment operation
Working knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions common to heavy equipment operations
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
Able to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions
Able to work very flexible schedule
Incumbent will be required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and ambulate around the production site
Lift/carry up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
Exposure to loud noises, hot/cold temperatures, dust, and other environmental factors

● Ensuring aircraft system readiness and proper configuration of aircraft towing operations, cargo loading, aircraft mooring, electrical power connections, ventilation for air supply, and cabin access all in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM). MAA AOA training.
● Coordinating logistical support for cannibalization, reallocation, out of sequence requests of aircraft materials, and the return of sea transport jigs.
● Operation of heavy equipment to load/ unload shipping containers of MCAs using 30 k forklift.
● Operation of heavy equipment to support unloading of MCAs from sea jigs at heights of 20-30 feet using articulating man lift or scissor lifts.
● Fueling activities for ground support equipment (GSE). Using portable fuel tanks.
● Adherence to various policies regarding accurate recording of completed work and work-in-progress by using daily job cards to record activities.
● Notifies affected parties when clerical errors are discovered or documentation is incomplete.
● Using SOIs to perform each task assigned and documenting any discrepancies.
● Maintains accurate and up-to-date training records of EHS, SAP.
● Ensure required daily pre-operational inspections of GSE are completed.

As a chemical operator you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the production equipment inthe Cincinnati, OH plant. This includes operation of chemical processing equipment; including reactors, refining,and filtration systems. Also involves the transfer of material to and from other departments as necessary andloading of tank trucks and rail cars for customer shipments.
**During your rotating shift as a Chemical Operator, you will**
+ Load and unload tanks and rail cars and receipt of truck deliveries, in addition to perform collection of samplesfrom tank cars and vessels.
+ Conduct visual inspection of operating equipment to determine current operating status whilst demonstrateeffective operations of the DCS in daily work environment.
+ Read, record, and interpret data of instruments (reactors, tanks, pumps, filtration systems, etc.) and makecorrective adjustments as required for efficient production runs.
+ Demonstrate proficiency at operating all production equipment, with minimal supervision, as well as use ofcomputer systems to complete work assignments.
+ Participate in all required safety training and wear proper personal protective equipment when working in theplant area.

Job Description
The Sanding and Robot Operator - 3rd Shift position sets up, operates and maintains multiple robotic sanding cells as trained and instructed to meet or exceed defined production targets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)
Operates multiple robotic sanding cells with the loading and unloading of helmets to maximize robot time sanding while also ensuring quality.
Identify helmet models to be sanded and correctly set the machine fixturing to ensure quality sanding.
Load and unload helmets from the fixturing proplerly.
Organize and maintain the machine fixturing so that they can be easily found as needed.
Operate the computer controls of each cell to select the proper program for the paint color being sanded.
Load the robot sanding tool as needed with the proper sand paper grit per the program running.
Change the interface pads and backup pads on each cell running as needed to maintain quality sanding.
Identify and communicate issues quickly to the GrayMatter Team using the Hot Line and the Team Viewer communication tool.
Communicate issues immediately to Team Leader and Supervisor.
Observes all safety rules and regulations.
Exercises care and good judgment at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, rules, and BRG Code of Conduct.

Removing rubber material and places it according to instructions on racks in the mill room for production needs.

Primary Responsibilities
Operations:
Operate heavy equipment (dozers, front end loaders, backhoes, excavators, grinders, compactors) efficiently and safely
Produce a consistent quality product with no customer complaints
Coordinate with R & M and transportation to insure necessary equipment, fuel, tools, and materials are available
Work directly with R & M to ensure all equipment is operating at a safe level
Perform manual labor when necessary
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary
Other duties may be assigned
Complete daily inspection of equipment at start and end of shift
Clean off machines inside and out daily (tracks, cab, lift arms, battery boxes, buckets)
Ensure equipment is fueled and serviced daily.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as required by R & M
Complete daily equipment inspection sheet
Complete daily labor/equipment log/form
Follow all safety guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements High school graduate or GED equivalent
Considerable knowledge of heavy equipment operation
Working knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions common to heavy equipment operations
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
Able to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions
Able to work very flexible schedule
Incumbent will be required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and ambulate around the production site
Lift/carry up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
Exposure to loud noises, hot/cold temperatures, dust, and other environmental factors
