Pros of working at Swank Motion Pictures

Great benefits, the Swank family really cares about giving their employees the best and they do try to make the work environment one big happy family. Full pay for 12 weeks maternity leave, 6% match on 401k and great health benefits

Cons of working at Swank Motion Pictures

Unfortunately, I never became part of the crew and was treated poorly because of it. My manager never really cared to help me move up and on.
