Pros of working at Swanson Industries

Nobody cares. Most days are free of stress of any accountability. Most people just roam around all day pretending to do anything.

No leadership. Nobody seems to care that nothing is getting done. Nobody seems to want to be a leader.

There are not any. Pay is garbage. Benifits are ok at best.
