What We're Seeking: We are seeking a full-time entry-level Metal Finishing Machine Operator for 2nd Shift. Hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm with overtime on weekends as business needs demand. This position is tough - it is hard, physical labor - but is also compensated accordingly. The starting pay is $20.75 per hour. New employees will receive performance evaluations and potential raises at 60 Days, 6 Months, and 12 Months, then annually each year after that. Responsibilities/Duties: Assist foreman with delegated duties Load jobs into the barrels as required Assist in loading and unloading of metal parts Review of shop orders Drive a lift truck Knowledge of proper safety policies and procedures Assist maintenance department technician in troubleshooting line problems Qualifications: This is an Entry Level Machine Operator position(training provided!)
