What We're Seeking:
We are seeking a full-time entry-level Metal Finishing Machine Operator for 2nd Shift. Hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm with overtime on weekends as business needs demand. This position is tough - it is hard, physical labor - but is also compensated accordingly. The starting pay is $20.75 per hour. New employees will receive performance evaluations and potential raises at 60 Days, 6 Months, and 12 Months, then annually each year after that.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Assist foreman with delegated duties
Load jobs into the barrels as required
Assist in loading and unloading of metal parts
Review of shop orders
Drive a lift truck
Knowledge of proper safety policies and procedures
Assist maintenance department technician in troubleshooting line problems
Qualifications:
This is an Entry Level Machine Operator position(training provided!)
GED or High School Diploma (preferred not required)
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Manufacturing experience preferred
You must be available to work weekends

What We're Seeking:
SWD Inc., located in Addison, IL. is looking for an on-site Dock Worker/Forklift Operator. This role is Monday-Friday 12pm- roughly 8:30 pm starting at $18.75/hr (with overtime as required). Employees leave each day once the dock work for the day is completed.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Accurately load and unload trucks with a lift truck, pallet jack, or two-wheel dolly.
Correctly weigh incoming material using a floor scale.
Identify fasteners or products from the packing slips provided.
Locate and ship outgoing material to the appropriate customers.
Correctly package ups for shipping.

What We're Seeking:
We are currently seeking diligent and attentive individuals to fill the role of Waste Treatment Operator for our 2nd/3rd shift starting at $18.75/hr. This role is pivotal in maintaining the operational excellence of our waste treatment processes and conducting salt spray testing.
