Negligence, ignorance, no one cares. There are no performance based raises, so why bother doing anything more than the bare minimum? That's 90% of the staff. Management didn't fix problems. They are a "non profit" with over 8 BILLION dollars. That's money stolen from overcharging patients and underpaying employees. The company is garbage.
