The benefits are good. That's about it.
Negligence, ignorance, no one cares. There are no performance based raises, so why bother doing anything more than the bare minimum? That's 90% of the staff. Management didn't fix problems. They are a "non profit" with over 8 BILLION dollars. That's money stolen from overcharging patients and underpaying employees. The company is garbage.
Vacation accrues quickly.
lol
Actually discipline bad employees and replace them.
I didn't prepare for the interview. I didn't really need to.
Not well. Underpaid across the entire hospital.
Very diverse work culture.
Clocking out and leaving.
Flexible schedule
Nothing. Just relocated out of state
Discounts, PTO, healthcare
