Pros of working at Swedish Hospital

The benefits are good. That's about it.

Cons of working at Swedish Hospital

Negligence, ignorance, no one cares. There are no performance based raises, so why bother doing anything more than the bare minimum? That's 90% of the staff. Management didn't fix problems. They are a "non profit" with over 8 BILLION dollars. That's money stolen from overcharging patients and underpaying employees. The company is garbage.
