Management lies. Team leaders will lie when they make mistakes to cover up mistakes and blame lower employees. There is no chance to move up in the company, so there is no future beneficial reason to work here longer than 6 months

Shut down the company. Business is not coming in to compete with bigger companies in the area. There is no benefit in hiring employees if there is no work coming in. Stop micromanaging employees.
