Completes swim lesson reports and records assigned by the Aquatics Director/Assistant Manager/Shift Supervisor. Assists with preparation and clean up for LTS classes. MPM-KC manages swimming pools all over the Kansas City metro area, offering tons of fun for the citizens of the KC area, clients we serve, and the employees we take care of. Lifeguard Instructors teach lifeguard candidates in preparation for a Starguard Elite lifeguard certification. Assists the Director of Training with all duties necessary to provide a safe and effective lifeguard course and aquatic facility. Certification and training for becoming an instructor will be provided. Previous lifeguard experience is required. Below is a list of requirements to join our award-winning team at MPM-KC as a Lifeguard Instructor: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Attends initial training and in-service training for lifeguard instructor and lifeguarding.
