What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for providing foundation course instruction to students in accordance with approved curricula in compliance with government and management directives. Job responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and conduct the foundation program and other activities, in accordance with corporate guidelines and approved schedule. * Provide explicit instruction in study skills and employment readiness by motivating and counseling students. * Select, develop and implement instructional material that aligns with career technical training, key academic and career success standards. * Administer and correct tests maintain progress and activities. * Recommend an appropriate training program for each assigned student, using background files, personal interviews, tests and a variety of other assessment tools. Education and Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, education, or related field and one year related experience required. * Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of education. * Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required. * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
