Swim Instructor Responsibilities
Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.

Salary range: New employees will start at the minimum hourly rate in the salary range. Inspects pool areas before & after each class for possible maintenance, cleanliness or damage issues and reports issues to management as appropriate
Maintains & ensures proper storage of all pool equipment, places & removes lane lines
Reports accidents & incidents to management, completes required documentation & paperwork
Performs light cleaning duties such as window washing, deck mopping, trash removal etc. on occasion
Attends required/mandatory workshops and in-service training outside of regular working hours
