DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS Work is primarily purpose of the assistant swim team coach is to provide safety and customer service to the swim team, teach the competitive swim strokes and the skills necessary to increase proficiency in performing each stroke, assist the head coach in all duties assigned, help plan team events. Public contact is described as greeting public as they enter facility, and assisting them with various customer service needs. Work is performed under regular supervision by the Swim Team Head Coach and progress is checked through review of reports.
