Hearing and Communication: Must have the ability to project voice and communicate clearly in a loud pool environment to athletes, staff, and spectators. Visual Requirements: Must have sufficient vision to observe swimmers both in and out of the water to ensure safety and proper technique. Emergency Response: Must possess the physical capability to enter the water quickly and perform water rescues or first aid if necessary.
