Reporting to the head coach of Swimming and Diving, the assistant Swimming and Diving coach will have primary duties in planning for training sessions and competition, providing input on player evaluation and recruiting as well as other decisions concerning team operations. This includes the vision to develop and implement a strategic plan for long-term growth and improvement of the Swimming and Diving program at Wesleyan University. Responsibilities include coaching and teaching (75% of expected effort) and administrative duties (25% of expected effort). Coaching Responsibilities Assist with instruction, planning, organizing and execution of practices and competition. Provide video analysis for competition and practice sessions.
