Requirements: A passion for children and young families A passion for exceptional customer service Experience working with children in any capacity Current CPR and First Aid for Adults, Child, and Infant required - (In-house training can be provided onsite) Complete training in the SafeSplash curriculum within the first 30 days of employment Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds in weight Strongly Preferred: Swim Instruction experience Background in early childhood learning, teaching or coaching kids Hours: Flexible part-time hours Set schedule every week PMs M-Th 4-hour shift in the afternoon. Tu, W, F, 3-hour shift in the morning. Saturday 3.5 hr shift in the morning. Sunday 3.5 hour shift in the afternoon.
