Knows/reviews all emergency procedures and responds to emergency situations immediately in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. Completes incident and accident reports as necessary. Supervise all children and adults entrusted to the care of the instructor. Instruct swimming lessons in accordance with YMCA guidelines, having prepared lesson plans accordingly.
