Education focus in Education, Communication, Sport Management, Exercise Science or similar is a plus. Must be competent in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. Ability to tread water in 6' deep water for two minutes using only legs and surface dive to object at 6' depth without goggles. Swim or other coaching experience AND competitive swimming background is required.
