Professional experience in the performing arts Solid understanding of tap technique, musicality, terminology, and progressions. Ability to teach clean sounds, rhythm patterns, and performance quality in an age-appropriate way. Excellent classroom management skills; able to motivate both beginners and more advanced students. Strong communication with students and parents; able to give clear, constructive corrections. Team-oriented approach- comfortable collaborating with staff for shows and performance opportunities. Reliability and professionalism (punctuality, prepared lesson plans, consistent attendance notes).
