No prior swim instruction required; training will be provided. Must be dependable and maintain 90% attendance throughout employment. Head Swim Instructor Under the Aquatics Director/Coordinator, the Head Swim Instructor is responsible for maintaining a safe and engaging aquatics environment for our swimming lessons. In the absence of the Aquatics Director or Coordinator, the Head Swim Instructor will supervise staff, maintain swim lesson operations, assist in the administrative duties of the Aquatics Department, and teach swim lessons to ensure the safety and engagement of swimmers and families.
