About All-Star Swim School All-Star Swim School is a year-round family owned business located in rural Danville, California. We have been teaching children since 1998 to be swim safe, learn the core basics of swimming, and perfect stroke technique. All-Star was founded by Brian Oas, a previous competitive swimmer and long-time swiminstructor. He created a non-intimidating swim program focusing on children being swim safe and having fun in the water. All-Star is owned and operated by Brian and his wife Jennifer, bringing a unique background both in competitive swimming, childhood education, and working with special needs children.
Private SwimInstructor - NOT A SEASONAL POSITION
Paid Training $30/hour Part Time Wages begin at $30 a hour, after 90-days there will be a performance review for a potential raise.
Sign-On Bonus: After completing 90 days of employment, if performance standards of All-Star are met, you will receive a $250 bonus!

All-Star Swim School is seeking dedicated, caring swiminstructors who love working with young children to join our team. The candidate for this part time position is required to have prior swimming experience as well as experience working with or teaching young children.
Qualifications

Swimming: 3 years (Required)
Experience working with children (classroom setting and/or knowledge of child development is desirable).
