Being a swim instructor, you will be provided the training to teach swim lessons to children and adults, starting at 3-months old, following the British Swim School aquatics program that is gentle, fun, and progressive. You will be assigned to a class schedule developed by manager(s) and interact with swimmers, and parents and/or guardians.
This is a year-round position at indoor pools with flexible hours (minimum 8 hours/week up to 30). Part-time to start with the opportunity for full-time and potential growth within the organization.
Your Typical Responsibilities:
Reports directly to and supports the Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner.
Instructs swimming lessons in accordance with British Swim School training and program standards, maintaining certifications throughout employment.
Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, mornings, weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
Work in an environment where noise levels are usually moderate to high and be in the water for the duration of the shift.
Create a fun, professional and safe environment for all students and parents.
Assist and guide parents and swimmers on the pool deck as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Enthusiastic personality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable leading in a small group setting.
Comfortable in and around the water. Strong swimming skills are a plus but can be taught and developed!
Must maintain certifications throughout the length of employment.
Must complete all required British Swim School Aquatics-specific training and testing.
Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s) preferred (but can be obtained during training)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with children.
Customer service skills: 1 year preferred
Swim Instructor or general teaching experience preferred but not required.

Job Description
The University of Nevada, Reno Extension is looking for a motivated and community-focused instructor with strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a Community Based Instructor 3 and join our team in Alamo Nevada and Las Vegas. **This position does not provide layoff rights and is contingent upon funding. The Community Based Instructor (CBI) 3 will be responsible for the implementation of camping programs at the Nevada 4-H Camp in Alamo Nevada. The 4-H Camp was established to provide day and residential camping programs to youth in Southern Nevada. These positions will teach established 4-H curriculum using provided teaching materials, under the direction of the Camp Coordinator and guidance from the Southern Area Director. We are recruiting for multiple positions, with some assigned in Las Vegas and others assigned in Alamo.
The CBI 3 positions will also contribute to the evaluation of the activities, reporting, outreach and partnership development, trainings, logistic coordination, and meetings. The target audience for instruction are camp and field trip participants coming from Clark County as well as participants from other counties.
Required Qualifications
This position requires graduation from high school or equivalent education and three (3) years of relevant work experience in areas such as agriculture, horticulture, community development, health and nutrition, human and family development, and natural resources in urban and rural areas; OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience as described above
A valid driver's license is required at the time of appointment and as a condition of continuing employment.

The Pickleball Instructor is responsible for teaching the game of Pickleball to members of the facility. Responsibilities:
Assists in the development of a comprehensive standard facility operations manual, including written policies and procedures for all facility services, administration, and maintenance using the Arch Amenities Group operations template.
Reports any incidents or accidents to the Racquets Director and or Facility Manager.
Assists in developing monthly client reports.
Submits all paperwork and financial reporting, if applicable, in accordance with Arch Amenities Group policy.
Assists in facility maintenance, routine preventative maintenance, and repair.
Helps maintain a monthly inventory of supplies, equipment, and or products.
Writes articles or press releases for the facility, when applicable.
Understands the use and benefits of services, products, programs, and activities by participating in regularly scheduled staff meetings and training workshops.
Provides excellent customer service and helps monitor guest feedback through the use of comment cards and other customer care techniques. Follows up on guest requests and comments.
Helps ensure facility is accessed only by actual members and/or guests, and that it is safe and secure at all times. Helps uphold guest rule policy and collects all guest fees.
Have a deep knowledge of the intricacies of the game.
Maintains the cleanliness of the courts and surrounding areas by patrolling the courts several times daily.
Follows the court reservation system to ensure a smooth and even flow of traffic on and off courts.
Offers all instructional services including private and semi private lessons, small groups, clinics, team coaching, and tactics and strategy.
Assists in the coordination of all social and competitive events including special tournaments.
Implements programs for adults and juniors.
Participates in overseeing all pro shop and retail functions, when applicable.
Submits all lesson and /or sales forms to the Racquets Director or Facility Director.
Attends staff and facility meetings.
Promotes the facility and its amenities to potential members when applicable.
Maintains an attractive, up-to-date bulletin board.

The Primary EMS Instructor at Guardian Elite Medical Services, LLC. is responsible for providing education in various EMS course curriculum in accordance with company, local, state, and national guidelines to provide an exceptional educational experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Racing Instructor is responsible for the comprehensive instruction of operating racing vehicles while demonstrating and ensuring that Exotics Racing students/customers maneuver vehicles with optimal safety. Instructors provide one-on-one coaching in classroom instruction/ briefing as well as instructing inside of the racing vehicle.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Provide racing instruction and one-on-one coaching as a passenger to students/customers;
Instruct students/customers to safely maneuver race car through the course, around the track at an accelerated rate of speed; the instructor must remain acutely aware of track conditions at all times.
Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximizes the student/customer's learning.
Monitor student/customers driving abilities related to shifting gears, braking, and accelerating; coach the customer/students to execute these tasks while travelling at high speed.
Participate in classroom briefing with customer/students.
Coordinate and facilitate track Discovery lap with customer/students.
Display professional and courteous demeanor when escorting customer/students to cars.
Maintain clean cars by wiping down as necessary.
Check air pressure on vehicles as needed.

This position will help the Bachelor of Applied Science Surveying and Geomatics program become an accredited and to be recognized for licensure in various states. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in Fundamentals of Geomatics, Urban Development, GIS for Surveyors, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, Adjustments, CAD for Land Surveyors, Geodesy and GPS, Construction Surveying.
The individual awarded this position is expected to be an active and engaged member of the College and the Department. A physical presence on campus is required for the benefit of students and a collegial atmosphere. This position is based at Great Basin College's Elko campus. The position is anticipated to start in January 2026.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, the candidates must meet the following minimum set of qualifications:
M.S. (Ph.D. preferred) in Surveying, Geomatics, Photogrammetry or closely related field required or conferred within 12 months of hire
Demonstrated post-secondary teaching ability in surveying and geomatics or closely related field
Professional licensure (example: professional surveying/engineering) or certification (example: certified photogrammetrist) required or acquired within 12 months of hire
Candidate will be able to teach introductory and advanced classes. Preference will be given to those strong in the areas of The Public Land Survey System, Legal Descriptions, and Advanced Boundary Analysis. Experience teaching through distance education technologies is preferred.

We are currently seeking part-time Real Estate Instructors to instruct in person and online courses for Colibri Group's esteemed brand, Key Realty.
The instructor will use the content and course materials provided to them to teach pre-licensing courses. Our instructors help students understand material by leading insightful lessons, providing real-world examples, and answering questions.
