Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead HHRCC, rock wall, hiking, and biking programs
Assure safety and supervision of participants at all times
Work as a team to prepare for programs by gathering and inspecting gear and cleanup after program is completed
Attend regularly scheduled professional development trainings/meetings
Participate in technical and facilitation trainings and assessments
Adhere to all NorthStar policies and procedures
Performs any other duties that may be assigned on an as needed basis
Accurately assess physical and emotional risks during programming

Be consistent and reliable to your swimmers. We know swimmers do best with teachers they know and trust, so we look for teachers who are reliable, start and end classes on time, and execute each lesson plan with consistency.
Provide a safe swimming environment. At Diventures, safety is the highest priority. You'll be expected to follow all safety initiatives and requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction. Our swim teachers build a connection with their students and their parents or caregivers. We aim to deliver an incredible learning experience for everyone who comes through our doors.
Keep your pool in order. Instructors help in cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility.
