Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to instruct with sound principles in the area of American Red Cross Water Safety Instruction. Ability to speak and communicate after both small and large groups of people with poise and enthusiasm, including but not limited to children, parents, coworkers, and staff. Ability to write class outlines, block plans, and daily lesson plans according to ARC Learn to Swim standards. Critique and give feedback to participants regarding their performance level.
