We are seeking an instructor to deliver classroom, lab, in-field, and virtual training on agricultural equipment and precision technology. This role focuses on enhancing dealer and employee capabilities in diagnosing, optimizing, and managing Ag & Turf machinery.
Responsibilities:
Conduct technical training sessions and adapt content for diverse audiences.
Manage setup and execution of classroom, lab, and field training events.
Present instructional materials and facilitate hands-on troubleshooting activities.
Build relationships with dealers and field teams to promote training programs.
Research topics and update course materials to maintain subject expertise.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and/or precision technology.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Maintains and ensures proper storage of all pool equipment. Places and removes lane lines.
Performs light cleaning duties such as window washing, deck mopping, trash removal etc. on
occasion.
Attend required/mandatory training, workshops and in-service training outside of regular working hours.
Assume other responsibilities as given by a supervisor. Willingness to cross train as needed

Receives and responds to questions, concerns, and complaints from members; determines issues and resolves or refers to higher-level staff as appropriate.
Provides aquatic safety and supervision for members
Works collaboratively with participants and aquatics staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
Inspects and maintains swimming and pool equipment for functionality; ensures proper placement and availability in the pool area; recommends maintenance and repair as needed.
Essential Physical Requirements:
Must be 16 years old of age.
Prior swim lesson instructor experience (preferred)
CPR and First Aid Certification (we can provide)
The ability to communicate well in person and on the phone.
Light lifting (up to 30-50 lbs.)
Prolonged standing in water.
