Communication Update availability on the GOOGLE spreadsheet and adjust seasonally. Read e-mail communications regarding new lessons scheduled in a 48-hour time window. Connect via e-mail to lesson families PRIOR to the first lesson to gather any necessary information. The private lesson instructor must track lessons taught on the reconciliation form and submit to the Director of Recreation & Aquatics bi-weekly. Communicate with families when their lesson package is ending. The Swim School Instructor is a year-round position, with hours ranging from day-time and evening during the school year at two indoor facilities, as well as mornings Monday through Saturday during the summer at the outdoor facility.
