In this role, you'll support the Accelleron REMAN Center in Bolingbrook, Illinois, by using your mechanical expertise for dismantle and clean turbomachinery and components for all turbocharger families, employing both manual and automated methods. This position also requires collaboration with various Accelleron teams to enhance safety, innovation, and productivity, aiming to boost quality and customer satisfaction. The responsibilities listed below highlight some of the primary aspects of this role. Your responsibilities
Production
* Work according to working instructions and adhere to regulatory and company OHS policy
* Use of hand tools, oxygen/acetylene torch, overhead crane and pneumatic/hydraulic tools
* Use of manual abrasive media cabinets, automated abrasive media cabinets and automated wheel blasting machines
* Use of ultrasonic and standard industrial tank cleaners, conveyor parts washers and rotary immersion machines
* Preform daily pre-use checks and light maintenance on tools and equipment
* Maintain a clean and proper working environment
* Participate in division and local training programs
* Adapt to changing requirements, timelines and expectations
Continuous improvement
* Contribute to development of Phase 1 activity risk assessments
* Participate in workshops to discuss opportunities for improvement, both from a process and technology standpoint
* Collaborate with other Accelleron Teams to find methods of increased communication and transparency between cross-functional areas

* 2+ years of experience in a production environment
* Working knowledge of turbochargers is a plus

Waste industry experience preferred.

Job Summary
The Maintenance Foreperson is responsible for the complete care and upkeep of a premier commercial landscape site. Key Responsibilities:
Site Maintenance & Care
Assist in the performance of all daily landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, seasonal clean-ups, and debris removal, with or without additional crew support.
Monitor plant health and turf conditions, reporting any concerns promptly.
Apply mulch, fertilizers, and other treatments as directed.
Perform minor irrigation checks and adjustments; report major issues to irrigation technicians.
Client Interaction & Quality Control
Serve as the primary on-site presence for the client and represent the company with professionalism.
Conduct self-guided property walks to identify improvement needs or potential concerns.
Communicate with the Account Manager regarding site needs, weather delays, or enhancement opportunities.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, detail, and presentation appropriate for a high-end client.
Equipment & Safety
Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.).
Conduct daily pre-checks and ensure equipment is clean, safe, and functioning properly.
Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
Reporting & Documentation
Track work completed and materials used.
Report time, issues, and observations through designated apps or forms as required.
Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding site updates or client feedback.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance.
Strong horticultural knowledge and pride in craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and support or coordinate with additional team members when assigned.
Professional communication skills and customer service mindset.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Pesticide license or irrigation experience a plus but not required.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions, wet or humid conditions, working near moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles.
