MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Prepare unfinished interior drywall panels for painting by taping and finishing joints and imperfections
Apply drywall compound, nail/screw indentations on the surface of panels
Remove extra compound after surfaces have been covered sufficiently
Press paper tape over joints to embed tape into sealing compound and to seal joints
Spread sealing compound between boards or panels or over cracks, holes, nail heads, or screw heads, using trowels, broad knives, or spatulas
Seal joints between plasterboard or other wallboard to prepare wall surfaces for painting or papering
Sand or patch nicks or cracks in plasterboard or wallboard
Use mechanical applicators that spread compounds and embed tape in one operation
Apply additional coats to fill in holes and make surfaces smooth
Install metal molding at wall corners to secure wallboard
Capable of providing detailed, uniform results
May supervise small crews
Complete other responsibilities as assigned

The Field Payroll Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance to the Field Payroll Department. Maintain scanning and indexing for the department. Verifying and organizing new/re hires. Process multiple weekly union/non-union payrolls with more than 200+ employees including multiple companies.

DPR Construction is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Self Perform Work entity within DPR. The Self Perform Work (SPW) division of DPR directly hires and manages craft workforces to perform certain scopes of work. These scopes of work include Concrete, Drywall, Electrical, Interiors, Waterproofing, and more. This role will be the primary data analyst, supporting our SPW division. As such, you will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders throughout our SPW group, including front-line field supervisors, craft foreman, project managers, project executives, and corporate leadership. This role is responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams, building relationships, identifying pain points, creating and driving data strategies, and delivering actionable insights. This role is part of the Data Analytics (DA) team and will ensure DPR is moving towards data-driven decisions based on insights derived from integrated business processes, systems, and analytics.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership / Roadmap / Execution / Delivery
* Be a collaborative partner with both our direct SPW business partners, as well as the many other parts of the business that SPW touches, to align DA efforts with business objectives and goals
* Create, maintain, and execute on the data analytics roadmap for SPW in alignment with overall goals and objectives
* Drive conversations with stakeholders to fully understand and document pain points. Drive strategic conversations focusing on successful outcomes and actions they are trying to drive
* Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and a deep understanding of their processes, tools, and goals.

The Electrical Lighting Designer II is a mid-level designer responsible for creating marked drawings, model development, and other documents showing equipment and device layouts and branch circuiting for power, lighting, and auxiliary drawings. In addition, this position provides calculations and documentation for the design of lighting and power systems, as well as details as required to define and clarify the intent of the design on drawings. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Utilize visual lighting software and energy codes (such as International Energy Conservation Code and Title 24") to create lighting designs.
Mark up branch circuit lighting and power plans and fill in panel board schedules with moderate
Perform Energy Code calculations, documentation, and local jurisdiction energy requirements with little supervision.
Apply and perform Rosendin standards for wire sizing, transformer feeders, and protection from published schedules.
Calculate power loads, size feeders, and determine the estimated demand load summary for a distribution system under the direction of a Sr. Designer or an Engineer.
Direct and coordinate signal and low voltage subcontractors with other trades, such as architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, vertical transportation, kitchen equipment, and OFCI systems.
