Clean and prepare construction sites, dig trenches, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris

Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials
Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools
Control traffic passing near, in, and around work zones

The MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing, field inspections, problem solving, and coordinating all necessary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. Interview, evaluate, and select subcontractors for each project
Oversee daily operations and performance of MEP subcontractors
Approve MEP monthly requisitions and change orders after thorough review
Conduct site walks to monitor progress, update schedules, and ensure adherence to project timelines
Collaborate with BIM/VDC teams and Superintendents to maintain coordination aligned with the schedule
Partner with the A/E team to resolve coordination challenges and develop effective solutions
Review and approve all MEP submittals for compliance with project requirements
Secure documentation from inspections and testing, based on project size and scope
Manage and supervise MEP & FP contractors and the Commissioning agent throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with owner's third-party MEP contractors and testing agencies as needed
Collect mechanical closeout documentation, including as-builts, attic stock, and O&M manuals
Facilitate multi-trade coordination (e.g., curtain wall integration with security, electrical, and hardware)
Develop and track equipment delivery logs; prioritize submittals for long-lead items
Participate in weekly meetings with owners, subcontractors, and coordination teams
Obtain approvals and sign-offs from all Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
Support retail and tenant fit-out activities where applicable
Prepare and complete MEP punch lists and work lists
Organize owner training sessions and manage project turnover
Liaise with public utility companies to meet project requirements, including temporary services (electrical, steam, natural gas)
Direct and coordinate all parties to successfully complete life safety inspections

The Electrical Lighting Designer II is a mid-level designer responsible for creating marked drawings, model development, and other documents showing equipment and device layouts and branch circuiting for power, lighting, and auxiliary drawings. In addition, this position provides calculations and documentation for the design of lighting and power systems, as well as details as required to define and clarify the intent of the design on drawings. Utilize visual lighting software and energy codes (such as International Energy Conservation Code and Title 24") to create lighting designs.
Mark up branch circuit lighting and power plans and fill in panel board schedules with moderate

Apply and perform Rosendin standards for wire sizing, transformer feeders, and protection from published schedules.

Job Summary
The Mechanical Superintendent plays a critical leadership role within our mechanical-focused construction team, overseeing all aspects of installation on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. This position is responsible for managing field operations, supervising crews, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality and code compliance throughout each phase of the project. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and proficiency across all divisions of work within the mechanical scope, including: some plumbing, HVAC, Duct, Millwright, Rigging, Sheet Metal, Pipe Fitting, Fabrication, Insulating, and Welding. A strong foundation in technical knowledge, field coordination, and construction sequencing is essential. In addition to mechanical expertise, this role is responsible for enforcing all Safety and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) activities to ensure that all installations meet or exceed company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide on-site training and mentorship for apprentices and junior staff

The Senior Substation Civil/Structural Engineer is responsible for managing all aspects of the design as it relates to electrical substation civil/structural engineering, specifically for HV/MV substation projects. He or She will interface with the preconstruction/estimating and project execution teams to ensure that the civil/structural designs meet all applicable codes and standards and are satisfactory to Rosendin expectations.

Electrical substation civil/structural design including permitting support, site layout, grading design, main equipment foundations for main circuit breakers, main transformers and switches etc., cable trenches, manholes, cable trays, retaining wall design, stormwater analysis, containment structure design, survey coordination, and civil construction support.
Review civil construction specifications, cost estimates, engineering proposals, and project schedules.
Provide support for transmission line right-of-way access improvement design including culvert sizing, stormwater drainage analysis, stabilization specification, construction support, and inspection.
Assist with analyzing the design for various civil elements related to high-voltage power transmission and substation design.
Partner with clients, vendors, permitting agencies, and various other team members and stakeholders to see projects through to completion.
Assist with estimating to help approximate civil quantities for pricing exercises
Develop civil engineering scope of work for pursuits.
Interface with appropriate project management and field supervision team to provide civil engineering input and knowledge for possible projects Rosendin is pursuing.

The Electrical Substation Designer III is responsible for the creation of marked drawings and other documents to show equipment and device layouts and branch circuiting for power, lighting, and auxiliary drawings. Work closely with project manager and take design lead on projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide calculations and documentation for design of lighting and power systems.
Provide details as required to define and clarify the intent of the design on drawings.
Coordinates with clients, architects, and other discipline engineers to complete drawings.
Mark-up branch circuit lighting and power plans and fill in panel board schedules with moderate supervision.
Perform Title 24 lighting rules and requirements, or any local jurisdiction's energy requirements with no supervision.
Apply Rosendin standards for wire sizing, transformer feeders, and protection for published schedules. Has a working knowledge of feeder sizing but may not be able to complete engineering calculations without assistance from the Engineer.
Calculate lighting levels and layout fixtures for all traditional spaces. Would require assistance of an Engineer for spaces of high finish, specific application or aesthetic sensitivity.
Select appropriate lighting fixtures and controls from either the Rosendin standards or product lines as appropriate for the project.
Calculate power loads, size feeders, and determine estimated demand load summary for a distribution system.
Perform coordination with all other trades, such as architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, vertical transportation, kitchen equipment and OPCI systems.
Create details as required to define installation for construction.
Run short circuit studies.
Have familiarity with the National Electrical Code and know how to use it as a reference.
Attend project design team meetings. Interface with various team members, particularly the client, architect, and mechanical contractor/engineer.
Work closely with the Rosendin Operations Project Manager to coordinate the design criteria with budgetary issues.
Direct and coordinate signal and low voltage sub-contractors and designs with supervision and assistance.
Back-check of own work as well as the work of other designers under their supervision for accuracy and completeness before passing on to others.
Comprehensive field work and surveying skills.
Limited coordination with other trades and disciplines on the project.
Position requires a team-oriented person with good interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with others.
